Questions for the Reporting Party Interview

·         What is the missing person’s (M/P) name?

·          Age, height, weight?

·          When/where were they last seen?

·          What were they wearing?

·          Shoe type / size?

·          Anyone see the person leave? Which way?

·          Have they been missing before?

·          Where/how were they found last time?

·          Who are their closest friends, have they been notified?

·          Where do they live?

·          Is the M/P troubled about anything?

·          Home? Work? School? Money? Relationship?

·          Does the M/P take any medication?

·          Any medical conditions?

·          Do they smoke? What brand?

·          Did they have any food with them? What?

·          Do they have any money on them? Bills, Coin, Credit cards?

·          Are they familiar with the area?

·          Do they have backpacking/wilderness experience?

·          What’s the search area like?

·          Transients? Gangs? Narco activity?

·          Do you have a map of the area?

·          What’s the weather been like since they have been missing?

·          Where have you checked already?

·          What radio frequency are you using?

·          Do you have a radio code in case I find something?

·          Alive? Not alive? Evidence found?

·          Is there someone that can go with us that is familiar with the area?
